Another cooler race, but high humidity after a few rainy days, greeted runners at the September 5km road race. Great effort from all the participants, with finish times ranging from 20 to 47 minutes. We hope you all enjoyed the run and will join us again soon. The race report and full results are below, and you can find our upcoming 5km race schedule at the bottom of the page!
Results
Craig and Jessica were the category leaders this week. Three runners
set personal bests (PBs) all of them improving their previous times by small
margins! We were pleased to see regular runners continue to improve, with
some long-standing records falling and newer runners continuing to make
great strides.

Analysis and Consistency
We had two very good sub-1.00 rated
pacing performances this week. The Pacing Consistency rating is an algorithm
designed to give runners an idea of how well they have balanced their
efforts across the race. Ratings below 1.00 are very well paced, and the
lower the number, the better, in general, for overall optimum
performance.
Volunteers & Supporters
A special thanks as always to our
volunteer officials on the morning - Seavleang, Kimkheang,
Sivmuyleng, Blandine, Jack and new helper Yonas who kindly led the
pre-race warm up before seeing everyone home as bike sweeper!

would like to extend our gratitude to all the runners and supporters who
