Sunday 5 November - 5km Road Race Arrive: 5:20 AM Start: 5:50 AM Location: PPAC 5K Start Line near Sokha Park ( https://goo.gl/maps/2rFQe1BFjmNypj4H8 ) Entry: FREE All levels of runners are welcome to join us for our 5km run on the morning of Sunday, 5th November at Sokha. PPAC-119 5km Road Race

Another cooler race as we head into winter , but again experiencing some high humidity levels during this very rainy period. Great effort from all the participants, with finish times ranging from 19 to 30 minutes. This week Jack set a target pace of 20 minutes and led a group of runners to some exciting finishes and excellent times with four achieving the target and a few just missing out! Note - any runners interested in pacing to different target times in future events (20, 25, 30 minutes etc.) let us know if you would like a pacer, or would like to set the pace yourselves. PPAC-118 5km Road Race

Another cooler race , but high humidity after a few rainy days, greeted runners at the September 5km road race. Great effort from all the participants, with finish times ranging from 20 to 47 minutes. We hope you all enjoyed the run and will join us again soon. Three runners set personal bests (PBs) all of them improving their previous times by small margins! We were pleased to see regular runners continue to improve, with some long-standing records falling and newer runners continuing to make great strides. Cooler weather after the rain , but still humid, greeted the runners at the August 5km road race. We were thrilled to see 20 finishers overall. Congratulations to all participants, with finish times ranging from 20 to 51 minutes. We hope you all enjoyed the run and will join us again soon.
