Race Report
This week we were greeted with relatively cool but windy and typically humid conditions for our 5km road race. As always the show must go on with PPAC races, with club stalwarts Meyjou and Jack hitting the Sokha peninsula early Sunday morning for what turned out to be a solo time trial - no prizes (for guessing the winner!).Our next race will be Sunday June 7th, stay tuned to our channels for updates!
Our analysis and pacing tables reveal the most consistent runners, who are able to use their experience to expertly pace their efforts, ensuring they get the most our of their effort, without burning out too early.

Analysis - Splits and Pacing
The
table below shows split times and average pace per km for each section of
the race. The Pacing Consistency rating is designed to give runners an idea
of how well they have balanced their efforts across the whole race.
Generally speaking, consistent, evenly paced efforts are the best way to
achieve your fastest possible time. Ratings under 1.00 indicate excellent pacing, and the lower the number, the better, in general, for optimal performance in highly aerobic running events such as the 5km and beyond.
